Returns Policy
We want you to feel satisfied every time you shop at The Gun Cupboard.co.uk. If, for any reason, the item arrives with you damaged or is unacceptable, we will make every effort to rectify the situation to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

However, we know that on occasion you may want to return items. If an item is damaged, please notify us via email within 7 days of receiving it.

If you receive the goods in perfect condition and decide to send them back please notify us via email within 7 days of receiving it, then you will be refunded the total cost of the order LESS the FULL delivery and packaging costs, as soon as we receive the item back.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

When returning an item -

• Please enclose a note, giving the reason for the return
• If the item is faulty please give a full description of the fault
• Wrap the package securely, if possible in its original box (if any)
• For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service
